Professor Gil Bar-Sela is a Clinical Full Professor at the Technion Faculty of Medicine in Haifa, Israel, and Director of the Cancer Center at Emek Medical Center. A specialist in oncology, palliative medicine and integrative cancer care, he has published more than 230 scientific papers and is internationally recognised for his research into supportive oncology, cannabinoids, immunomodulation and immunotherapy.
Professor Mike Barnes is a consultant neurologist and one of the UK’s leading experts in medical cannabis. He facilitated the first UK prescription of cannabis-based medicine, co-founded the Medical Cannabis Clinicians Society, and now leads Maple Tree Medical Cannabis Consultancy. He is widely known for his work in medical cannabis education, policy and patient access.
